Special Cases

The player must always make wagers if s/he is sitting at the table. If the gambler does not participate, i.e. makes no wagers, s/he automatically quits the table and becomes a spectator.

The time for performing gambler's actions is limited. If the gambler does not perform an action during that time, it is considered a "connection failure": the better quits the table and the bet is returned to the gambler's account.
