About The Multiplayer Black Jack game

At the beginning of every casino game, the dealer mixes the deck and suggests the gamblers at the table to make the first wager.
one time all wagers are made, the dealer starts the game and gives two playing cards to each players and himself. Only the first dealer's card is opened, the second one is hidden. The players' playing cards are dealt opened and can be seen by all other wagerers at the table.
The wagerer considers his playing cards and the dealer's opened playing card,

"Hit" - the dealer gives one more card to the gambler
"Stand" - the better finishes playing and waits for the dealer
to have played with all other participants
"Double" - the better doubles the initial bet which is only
possible if the better has only two cards. The gambler is given one playing card and
stops.
"Split" - allows to split the player's playing cards into two hands.
One more bet for the second hand is made. An extra card is given to every hand,
and the player starts playing with every hand separately.
"Insurance" - insurance is available if the first dealer's
opened card is "Ace" and the dealer is likely to be having "Black Jack".
The wagerer makes a special bet worth a half of the initial bet, and then the
dealer's cards are checked. If the dealer is having Black Jack, the game is over,
and the wagerer is paid the insurance. Otherwise the game continues.

After all players have played, the dealer opens his second card, and then starts taking more playing cards until he gets 17 or more, then stop.
As soon as the dealer stops, the playing cards of each better that does not have the excess are compared with the dealer's cards. Depending on the comparison, it is considered a win, a tie, or a loss, and the insurance is paid out, if any.
Peculiar Cases
A wagerer should make a wager if he is sitting at the table. If the gambler is not participating, i.e. not making any wager, he automatically leaves the table and becomes a watcher.
The wagerer is given a limited time to act. If the player does not start acting during that time, it is actually as a "connection failure": the gambler leaves the table and the bet comes back to the wagerer's account.
