About The Multiplayer Blackjack casino game

At the beginning of every game, the dealer mixes the deck and suggests the participants at the table to make the first bet.
once all wagers are made, the dealer starts the casino game and gives two playing cards to each players and himself. Only the first dealer's playing card is opened, the second one is hidden. The gamblers' cards are dealt opened and can be seen by all other players at the table.
The wagerer considers his playing cards and the dealer's opened card,
and chooses an action:
"Hit" - the dealer gives one more playing card to the gambler
"Stand" - the better finishes gambling and waits for the dealer
to have played with all other players
"Double" - the gambler doubles the initial wager which is only
possible if the better has only two cards. The better is given one card and
stops.
"Split" - allows to split the player's playing cards into two hands.
One more bet for the second hand is made. An extra playing card is given to each hand,
and the gambler starts gambling with each hand separately.
"Insurance" - insurance is available if the first dealer's
opened playing card is "Ace" and the dealer is likely to be having "Black Jack".
The gambler makes a special bet worth a half of the initial bet, and then the
dealer's cards are checked. If the dealer is having BlackJack, the casino game is over,
and the gambler is paid the insurance. Otherwise the game continues.

Then the dealer moves to the next gambler, until all players at the table have played with their cards.
After all wagerers have played, the dealer opens his second card, and then starts taking more cards until he gets 17 or more, then stop.
As soon as the dealer stops, the cards of each player that does not have the excess are compared with the dealer's playing cards. Depending on the comparison, it is considered a win, a tie, or a loss, and the insurance is paid out, if any.
Peculiar Cases
A player should make a wager if he is sitting at the table. If the gambler is not participating, i.e. not making any wager, he automatically leaves the table and becomes a watcher.
The gambler is given a limited time to act. If the better does not start acting during that time, it is actually as a "connection failure": the gambler leaves the table and the bet comes back to the wagerer's account.
