About The Multiplayer Blackjack casino game

At the beginning of each game, the dealer mixes the deck and suggests the participants at the table to make the first wager.
one time all bets are made, the dealer starts the game and gives two cards to each players and himself. Only the first dealer's playing card is opened, the second one is hidden. The gamblers' playing cards are dealt opened and can be seen by all other participants at the table.
The better considers his playing cards and the dealer's opened playing card,

"Hit" - the dealer gives one more playing card to the player
"Stand" - the wagerer finishes gambling and waits for the dealer
to have played with all other wagerers
"Double" - the wagerer doubles the initial bet which is only
possible if the player has only two cards. The gambler is given one card and
stops.
"Split" - allows to split the wagerer's cards into two hands.
One more bet for the second hand is made. An extra playing card is given to every hand,
and the better starts gambling with every hand separately.
"Insurance" - insurance is available if the first dealer's
opened playing card is "Ace" and the dealer is likely to be having "BlackJack".
The better makes a special wager worth a half of the initial wager, and then the
dealer's cards are checked. If the dealer is having BlackJack, the casino game is over,
and the player is paid the insurance. Otherwise the game continues.

Then the dealer moves to the next player, until all participants at the table have played with their cards.
After all wagerers have played, the dealer opens his second card, and then starts taking more cards until he gets 17 or more, then stop.
As soon as the dealer stops, the playing cards of each wagerer that does not have the excess are compared with the dealer's cards. Depending on the comparison, it is actually a win, a tie, or a loss, and the insurance is paid out, if any.
Peculiar Cases
A wagerer should make a bet if he is sitting at the table. If the wagerer is not participating, i.e. not making any bet, he automatically leaves the table and becomes a watcher.
The better is given a limited time to act. If the gambler does not start acting during that time, it is actually as a "connection failure": the wagerer leaves the table and the bet comes back to the player's account.
