About The Multiplayer Black Jack game

In Black Jack, a standard table with four player places is used. Each table in BlackJack has its name and its utmost and lowest bet limit. A big deck of four 52 card decks is used at the table.

The player is getting cards from the dealer, trying to collect the score as close to 21 as possible, without surpassing. If the player has 21 in two cards after dealing, it means he has Black Jack. The Black Jack combination is ranked higher than simple 21.

At the beginning of every casino game, the dealer mixes the deck and suggests the gamblers at the table to make the first bet.
once all wagers are made, the dealer starts the casino game and gives two playing cards to every gamblers and himself. Only the first dealer's card is opened, the second one is hidden. The players' cards are dealt opened and can be seen by all other gamblers at the table.
The gambler considers his cards and the dealer's opened card,
and chooses an action:
"Hit" - the dealer gives one more card to the better
"Stand" - the gambler finishes playing and waits for the dealer
to have played with all other bettors
"Double" - the player doubles the initial wager which is only
potential if the gambler has only two playing cards. The wagerer is given one playing card and
stops.
"Split" - allows to split the gambler's playing cards into two hands.
One more wager for the second hand is made. An extra card is given to each hand,
and the wagerer starts playing with each hand separately.
"Insurance" - insurance is available if the first dealer's
opened card is "Ace" and the dealer is likely to be having "Black Jack".
The wagerer makes a special bet worth a half of the initial bet, and then the
dealer's playing cards are checked. If the dealer is having Black Jack, the game is over,
and the wagerer is paid the insurance. Otherwise the casino game continues.

Then the dealer moves to the next wagerer, until all bettors at the table have played with their playing cards.
After all players have played, the dealer opens his second playing card, and then starts taking more playing cards until he gets 17 or more, then stop.
As soon as the dealer stops, the cards of every gambler that does not have the excess are compared with the dealer's playing cards. Depending on the comparison, it is considered a win, a tie, or a loss, and the insurance is paid out, if any.
Peculiar Cases
A gambler should make a wager if he is sitting at the table. If the player is not participating, i.e. not making any wager, he automatically leaves the table and becomes a watcher.
The player is given a limited time to act. If the player does not start acting during that time, it is considered as a "connection failure": the player leaves the table and the wager comes back to the better's account.
