About The Multiplayer Black Jack game

At the beginning of every casino game, the dealer mixes the deck and suggests the gamblers at the table to make the first bet.
once all bets are made, the dealer starts the game and gives two playing cards to every gamblers and himself. Only the first dealer's card is opened, the second one is hidden. The gamblers' playing cards are dealt opened and can be seen by all other participants at the table.
The gambler considers his cards and the dealer's opened playing card,
and chooses an action:
"Hit" - the dealer gives one more playing card to the player
"Stand" - the wagerer finishes gambling and waits for the dealer
to have played with all other gamblers
"Double" - the wagerer doubles the initial wager which is only
potential if the player has only two playing cards. The better is given one card and
stops.
"Split" - allows to split the better's cards into two hands.
One more bet for the second hand is made. An extra playing card is given to every hand,
and the gambler starts playing with each hand separately.
"Insurance" - insurance is available if the first dealer's
opened playing card is "Ace" and the dealer is likely to be having "Black Jack".
The gambler makes a special bet worth a half of the initial wager, and then the
dealer's cards are checked. If the dealer is having BlackJack, the game is over,
and the gambler is paid the insurance. Otherwise the game continues.

After all wagerers have played, the dealer opens his second playing card, and then starts taking more playing cards until he gets 17 or more, then stop.
As soon as the dealer stops, the cards of each wagerer that does not have the excess are compared with the dealer's cards. Depending on the comparison, it is actually a win, a tie, or a loss, and the insurance is paid out, if any.
Peculiar Cases
A gambler should make a bet if he is sitting at the table. If the wagerer is not participating, i.e. not making any wager, he automatically leaves the table and becomes a watcher.
The player is given a limited time to act. If the player does not start acting during that time, it is actually as a "connection failure": the better leaves the table and the bet comes back to the player's account.
