About The Multiplayer Black Jack casino game

In BlackJack, a standard table with four player places is used. Each table in BlackJack has its name and its maximum and minimal wager limit. A big deck of four 52 playing card decks is used at the table.

At the beginning of each game, the dealer mixes the deck and suggests the bettors at the table to make the first wager.
one time all bets are made, the dealer starts the casino game and gives two playing cards to every bettors and himself. Only the first dealer's playing card is opened, the second one is hidden. The wagerers' cards are dealt opened and can be seen by all other wagerers at the table.
The gambler considers his cards and the dealer's opened playing card,
and chooses an action:
"Hit" - the dealer gives one more card to the wagerer
"Stand" - the player finishes playing and waits for the dealer
to have played with all other players
"Double" - the gambler doubles the initial bet which is only
possible if the wagerer has only two cards. The better is given one card and
stops.
"Split" - allows to split the gambler's cards into two hands.
One more bet for the second hand is made. An extra playing card is given to every hand,
and the gambler starts gambling with every hand separately.
"Insurance" - insurance is available if the first dealer's
opened card is "Ace" and the dealer is likely to be having "BlackJack".
The better makes a special bet worth a half of the initial wager, and then the
dealer's cards are checked. If the dealer is having BlackJack, the game is over,
and the player is paid the insurance. Otherwise the game continues.

Then the dealer moves to the next gambler, until all bettors at the table have played with their cards.
After all gamblers have played, the dealer opens his second playing card, and then starts taking more cards until he gets 17 or more, then stop.
As soon as the dealer stops, the cards of every better that does not have the excess are compared with the dealer's cards. Depending on the comparison, it is actually a win, a tie, or a loss, and the insurance is paid out, if any.
Peculiar Cases
A wagerer should make a wager if he is sitting at the table. If the wagerer is not participating, i.e. not making any bet, he automatically leaves the table and becomes a watcher.
The better is given a limited time to act. If the wagerer does not start acting during that time, it is actually as a "connection failure": the wagerer leaves the table and the bet comes back to the better's account.
