About The Multiplayer Black Jack casino game

At the beginning of every casino game, the dealer mixes the deck and suggests the bettors at the table to make the first bet.
once all wagers are made, the dealer starts the game and gives two playing cards to every wagerers and himself. Only the first dealer's playing card is opened, the second one is hidden. The wagerers' playing cards are dealt opened and can be seen by all other players at the table.
The player considers his playing cards and the dealer's opened playing card,
and chooses an action:
"Hit" - the dealer gives one more card to the gambler
"Stand" - the player finishes gambling and waits for the dealer
to have played with all other players
"Double" - the better doubles the initial wager which is only
potential if the wagerer has only two playing cards. The player is given one card and
stops.
"Split" - allows to split the gambler's cards into two hands.
One more bet for the second hand is made. An extra playing card is given to each hand,
and the gambler starts gambling with each hand separately.
"Insurance" - insurance is available if the first dealer's
opened card is "Ace" and the dealer is likely to be having "Black Jack".
The wagerer makes a special bet worth a half of the initial bet, and then the
dealer's playing cards are checked. If the dealer is having BlackJack, the casino game is over,
and the gambler is paid the insurance. Otherwise the game continues.

Then the dealer moves to the next wagerer, until all participants at the table have played with their playing cards.
After all participants have played, the dealer opens his second playing card, and then starts taking more cards until he gets 17 or more, then stop.
As soon as the dealer stops, the cards of every better that does not have the excess are compared with the dealer's playing cards. Depending on the comparison, it is considered a win, a tie, or a loss, and the insurance is paid out, if any.
Peculiar Cases
A better should make a bet if he is sitting at the table. If the player is not participating, i.e. not making any wager, he automatically leaves the table and becomes a watcher.
The better is given a limited time to act. If the gambler does not start acting during that time, it is actually as a "connection failure": the wagerer leaves the table and the wager comes back to the wagerer's account.
