About The Multiplayer Black Jack game

In Black Jack, a standard table with four player places is used. Each table in Black Jack has its name and its max and minimum wager limit. A big deck of four 52 playing card decks is used at the table.

The gambler is getting cards from the dealer, trying to collect the score as close to 21 as possible, without exceeding. If the wagerer has 21 in two cards after dealing, it means he has Black Jack. The Black Jack combination is ranked higher than simple 21.

At the beginning of each casino game, the dealer mixes the deck and suggests the bettors at the table to make the first bet.
once all wagers are made, the dealer starts the game and gives two playing cards to each gamblers and himself. Only the first dealer's card is opened, the second one is hidden. The players' playing cards are dealt opened and can be seen by all other gamblers at the table.
The wagerer considers his cards and the dealer's opened playing card,
and chooses an action:
"Hit" - the dealer gives one more card to the wagerer
"Stand" - the better finishes playing and waits for the dealer
to have played with all other bettors
"Double" - the better doubles the initial wager which is only
possible if the gambler has only two cards. The player is given one card and
stops.
"Split" - allows to split the wagerer's cards into two hands.
One more bet for the second hand is made. An extra card is given to each hand,
and the wagerer starts gambling with each hand separately.
"Insurance" - insurance is available if the first dealer's
opened card is "Ace" and the dealer is likely to be having "Black Jack".
The gambler makes a special wager worth a half of the initial bet, and then the
dealer's playing cards are checked. If the dealer is having Black Jack, the casino game is over,
and the wagerer is paid the insurance. Otherwise the casino game continues.

Then the dealer moves to the next better, until all bettors at the table have played with their cards.
After all bettors have played, the dealer opens his second playing card, and then starts taking more cards until he gets 17 or more, then stop.
As soon as the dealer stops, the playing cards of each wagerer that does not have the excess are compared with the dealer's playing cards. Depending on the comparison, it is considered a win, a tie, or a loss, and the insurance is paid out, if any.
Peculiar Cases
A player should make a wager if he is sitting at the table. If the player is not participating, i.e. not making any wager, he automatically leaves the table and becomes a watcher.
The gambler is given a limited time to act. If the player does not start acting during that time, it is actually as a "connection failure": the player leaves the table and the wager comes back to the better's account.
