About The Multiplayer Black Jack game

In Black Jack, a standard table with four player places is used. Each table in BlackJack has its name and its highest and smallest wager limit. A big deck of four 52 card decks is used at the table.

The better is getting cards from the dealer, trying to collect the score as close to 21 as possible, without surpassing. If the better has 21 in two cards after dealing, it means he has BlackJack. The BlackJack combination is ranked higher than simple 21.

At the beginning of every casino game, the dealer mixes the deck and suggests the gamblers at the table to make the first bet.
one time all bets are made, the dealer starts the casino game and gives two cards to each participants and himself. Only the first dealer's card is opened, the second one is hidden. The participants' cards are dealt opened and can be seen by all other wagerers at the table.
The better considers his cards and the dealer's opened playing card,

"Stand" - the wagerer finishes gambling and waits for the dealer
to have played with all other gamblers
"Double" - the gambler doubles the initial wager which is only
potential if the better has only two playing cards. The wagerer is given one card and
stops.
"Split" - allows to split the gambler's cards into two hands.
One more wager for the second hand is made. An extra card is given to each hand,
and the gambler starts playing with each hand separately.
"Insurance" - insurance is available if the first dealer's
opened playing card is "Ace" and the dealer is likely to be having "BlackJack".
The gambler makes a special bet worth a half of the initial bet, and then the
dealer's playing cards are checked. If the dealer is having BlackJack, the game is over,
and the player is paid the insurance. Otherwise the game continues.

Then the dealer moves to the next player, until all players at the table have played with their cards.
After all players have played, the dealer opens his second card, and then starts taking more cards until he gets 17 or more, then stop.
As soon as the dealer stops, the cards of every better that does not have the excess are compared with the dealer's playing cards. Depending on the comparison, it is actually a win, a tie, or a loss, and the insurance is paid out, if any.
Peculiar Cases
A better should make a wager if he is sitting at the table. If the better is not participating, i.e. not making any bet, he automatically leaves the table and becomes a watcher.
The player is given a limited time to act. If the better does not start acting during that time, it is actually as a "connection failure": the player leaves the table and the bet comes back to the better's account.
